Chelsea beat Manchester United and need just two wins for the title

Jose Mourhino is just two games away from lifting the Premier League title for the first time since he returned to Stamford Bridge.

They are ten points clear of second place Arsenal, who were on FA Cup semi-final duty today.

Chelsea were ahead with their first shot on target when Eden Hazard latched onto Oscar's back heel to slide home in the first-half

Hazard struck the bar before Radamel Falcao hit the post and Ander Herrera was booked for a late dive in the area.

In a game of few chances the leaders were rock solid in defence and they only have to win their next two games to ensure the title is theirs. They face Arsenal next weekend.
