Premier League Swansea City get sponsorship boost

Swansea City has agreed its largest sponsorship deal in the club’s 101-year history with GWFX which is one of the core brands under the fast growing global financial services provider Goldenway which is based in Hong Kong. Goldenway Global Investments (GWFX) provides a full range of online trading services such as forex trading and contract for differences (CFD) to clients.

The deal was announced at the weekend at the unveiling of the club’s new kit for the 2013/14 season creating a partnership that it is hoped will help both Goldenway and Swansea City grow their presence in existing territories and also expand into new markets, especially the Greater China area through a number of joint initiatives.

Goldenway hope to utilise the Premier League’s huge Asian fan base that makes up over 30% of the total global audiences, including live match broadcast into over 200 million households in China. Swansea's previous shirt sponsor, 32Red decided not to extend their deal ealier this year.
