Manuel Pellegrini the new Manchester City Manager in waiting is reported to be already conducting movements in and out of the squad with Edin Dzecho and Carlos Tevez linked with moves away from the Etihad Stadium.
Dzecho has been linked with Chelsea while Tevez is thought to favor a move to Italy. AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says he would be disappointed if the City striker was to sign for Serie A rivals Juventus.
Milan had tried to sign Tevez in January last year after one of several bust-ups that Roberto Mancini had with several players.
Tevez has been linked with a move to Italian champions Juventus but Galliani is hoping that Tevez opts against the switch.
City completed the signing of Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fernandinho for a fee of about £30m yesterday as behind the scenes movements continue until the official announcement is made.
Pellegrini is reported to have agreed a three-year deal with Manchester City worth £5m a season, and is set to be appointed on Monday.
