Preston North End - back room staff to go as cost cutting continues

Football News 24/7
Not only have Cost-cutting measures  led to Preston North End withdrawing from the Central League next season but according to a club statement on the website this afternoon further costs savings are to be made.

According to the statement, a fundemental review of the off-field organsiational structure has been made to ensure that the money the club spend is 'focussed on maximising revenues and giving the right level of service to supporters (customers) whilst at the same time matching the income and expenditure of a League One Club'

Chairman of football, Peter Risdale goes on to say in the statement that; 'It is with regret that these changes will result in a small number of job losses which have been communicated to our staff today (Weds 20 June 2012)'

We understand on the coaching side both Dean Ramsdale and Jamie Hoyland are to leave the club. Other non-football jobs may also be at risk and further meetings with staff are taking place this week.
