Sporting Groin, Hips and Hamstrings - Going for Gold!

The highly anticipated Gilmore Groin and Hernia Clinic Symposium will take place on Thursday 13th September 2012 at 108 Harley Street, London.

The Gilmore Groin and Hernia Clinic is a centre of excellence for the assessment, investigation and treatment of Gilmore's Groin (also known as Sportsman's Groin) and hip problems.

Over 7,900 patients referred for Gilmore's Groin assessment with over 4,900 undergoing surgery since the condition was identified and repair pioneered by Jerry Gilmore in 1980.

The typical patient is a young male whose pain increases with:

  • Sprinting
  • Kicking
  • Twisting and Turning
  • Coughing
  • Sneezing
