Money talks and Puma have moved swiftly to secure Manchester City’s record signing Sergio Aguero to a long-term endorsement of the brand.
The 23-year-old striker will play a central role in Puma’s global marketing programmes for the duration of the deal.
The Argentinian international, who signed for the Manchester club in July for a £35 million, will wear Puma’s 'speed' line of footwear, beginning with the brand’s v1.11 speed boots in City’s first Uefa Champions League game against Italian side SSC Napoli.
Aguero said of the agrrement:

Aguero is in good comany with Thierry Henry, Usain Bolt, Steven Pienaar and Samuel Eto’o also members of Puma’s boot sponsorship portfolio.
