Lincoln City Football Club has signed Nike as its new kit supplier in a deal with Just Sport Pro Cub, Nike’s official football partner.
As part of the deal Nike will supply the club’s replica kit and teamwear as well as Just Sport Pro Club refurbishing the City’s official club shop.
"Nike is one of the most iconic brands in world sport, and our association with them shows the level of ambition that the club has over the next few years," said Imps chief executive Steve Prescott.
"Despite our relegation to the Blue Square Bet Premier, Nike have never wavered in their support for Lincoln City, and they want to play an active part in supporting the Imps as we attempt to bounce back to the Football League at the first attempt.
"Our partnership with Nike means that there will be a new full range of home and away kits for next season and we are looking forward to working closely with Just Sport Pro Club, who will take over the management of the retail outlet at Sincil Bank Stadium."
Michael Heslop, sales director for Just Sport, added: "We are pleased to welcome Lincoln City into the Nike family and confirm we will be supplying match and training kit from the start of the 2011/12 season.
"Lincoln City are a club with a fine footballing tradition and passionate supporters. We are delighted to be working with Lincoln City and look forward to developing a close relationship with the club, as well as introducing a wide range of Nike merchandise into the club shop.
"I am sure the supporters will be happy to see the Lincoln City badge alongside the world famous Nike Swoosh."
