Plymouth Argyle’s future remains in doubt as office staff and players have been asked to defer their wages or the League 1 club will cease to exist.
Earlier in the month the club went into administration, triggering the 10 point deduction to their current season tally. Non-playing staff will potentially not have any payments made to them for March and April while the playing staff will not be paid for March.
The administrators were hoping to have had the club sold to potential buyers by Thursday but talks are currently still on-going.
The club continue to struggle on the pitch, with Plymouth in 22nd place, three points away from safety.
