Former Premier League manager Iain Dowie has been confirmed for his second year at the Grass Roots Football Show this summer.
The former Hull City, Coventry, QPR and Crystal Palace manager is returning to hold coaching classes as well as seminars at the event which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham from the June 3rd-5th.
Dowie will be holding coaching master classes on zonal versus man marking and creativity in the opposition half, as well appearing on the panel for seminars including a discussion whether football has changed for the better.
Dowie commented said: "I was delighted to make my debut at the Grass Roots Football Show last year and can’t wait for 2011.
"The chance to mix with coaches, players and officials from the grass roots game for three days was a fantastic experience – something that doesn’t happen enough.
"It is wall to wall football for three days and the perfect opportunity for us all to learn things from each other and discuss the important subjects that are affecting grass roots football in the UK."
Director of Grass Roots Football Joanna Burns added: "Iain was a big hit at the show last year and we are delighted he is returning.
"His passion for the game is unquestionable and his coaching sessions and seminars will be popular once again."
Dowie join other football figures set to attend the event including Robbie Savage, Graham Taylor, Chris Coleman, Peter Taylor and Tosh Farrell.
