Former Football Association chief executive Brian Barwick has joined forces with Beswicks Sports Ltd in a consultancy agreemment.
Barwick's Barwick Media and Sport business and Beswick Sports will join forces on a range of opportunities with the business word of sport.
Barwick was head of sport at both the BBC and ITV before being appointed the FA's chief executive in 2004 and is recognised as one of the most influential figures in world sports media.
Speaking after the agreement was announced, Barwick said: "I am delighted to be on board with Beswicks Sports. I hope my experience and knowledge in the sports business sector combined with Beswicks expertise will be a winning formula."
