Evo-Stik Premier League side Marine could be attracting some of Merseyside's best known wags to matches in the coming season after they announced a shirt sponsorship deal with designer handbags and accessories company Beckie-L.
The Crosby based company sells a range of designer items on their website which are sure to appeal to the likes Coleen Rooney and Alex Curran. Beckie-L's managing director Jean Pierre Hall is a long standing support and current Club President of Marine and has provided a five-figure sum which will see the Beckie-L brand on the front and back of the Marine shirts.
"I feel very fortunate that my company Beckie-L is able to sponsor both the first and reserve teams at Marine," Hall said on the club's official website.
"I look forward to continue working with Paul [Marine Chairman] in bringing about further success for both Marine and Beckie-L. This is a supporter’s dream come true."
Marine Chairman Paul Leary said: "I am really pleased that our Club President Jean Pierre Hall has decided to sponsor Marine Football Club through his ladies handbag and accessories company Beckie-L.
"The shirt sponsorship arrangement allows Marine and Beckie-L to work together during this coming season and I hope that the future success of the sponsorship will develop further into a longer term arrangement as has happened many times with previous sponsors of our Club.
"I am sure that through this sponsorship we will help create maximum impact and benefit for the Beckie-L handbag and accessories brand which is sold through their website www.beckie-l.co.uk and I thank our President for agreeing to sponsor Marine Football Club."
