Manchester United Football Club has announced a partnership with American radio company Sirius XM.
Financial details of the multi-year deal were not disclosed. The deal will see Sirius become United’s official radio broadcaster and allow Sirius and XM subscribers listen to all United’s Premier League as well giving Sirius XM the rights to stream the Old Trafford side’s match broadcasts online.
Speaking about the deal, Manchester United chief executive David Gill said: "This is an exciting arrangement as we know how passionate our fans are in the United States, and now they can catch all the match action live on Sirius and XM."
Sirius XM's president and chief content officer Scott Greenstein added: "Manchester United is one of the most famous and widely followed sports franchises in all of the world, and we're thrilled to offer our listeners access to every one of their Premier League matches."
