Les Manning has become the new chairman of Corby Town Football Club after the death of Peter Mallinger.
The Blue Square Bet North side has also appointed two new directors, Graham Starmer and Helen Thompson as chief executive.
Manning said: "I am delighted to welcome Helen Thompson on board and I believe that her wealth of experience in her roles at Rushden & Diamonds and with the Football Conference board will be invaluable.
"Graham Starmer will be a great asset as Peter’s business partner for over ten years at FootballCV and together we know that there are exciting times ahead. The new stadium will be a great asset to Corby and to the football club.
"As a club we must pull together to address the short term impact of losing the club’s principal benefactor. We will do everything in our power to ensure we build on the legacy we have been left."
New director Graham Starmer added: "Peter Mallinger has taken the club to its highest league position in its history. The new board of directors have been set a fine example of how to build a football club and we will endeavour to do all we can to continue this development for the fans of Corby Town Football Club."
