Spurs supremo Daniel Levy was adament that Chelsea's continued pressure to sign Luka Modric would end in heartache and has been vidicated by his sides push up the table to sit in a Champions League berth.
Boss Harry Redknapp says he would be keen to take Chelsea and Ivory Coast striker Didier Drogba to White Hart Lane and he will renew his efforts to sign England International centre-back Gary Cahill from Bolton in the January transfer window.

Levy is reportedly set to sanction a raid for the 21-year-old Canadian attacker whos is valued at more than £15million by Blackburn.
