Hull City owner Russell Bartlett has revealed he expects further negotiations with Assem and Ehab Allam regarding a takeover at the Npower Championship football club.
The Tigers have been reported to be in talks with the pair over buying the club for over three weeks but as of yet no deal has materialised.
"I am unable to provide specific information but I can confirm that I welcome Mr Allam's interest," Bartlett said.
"I anticipate that further discussions will take place."
The club is currently has debts of over £30m following relegation from the Premier League last season.
