Accrington Stanley FC has announced they are joining forces with ticketing giant See360 to launch an online retail and ticketing box office.
The box office, which will go live over the bank holiday weekend, will enable fans to buy merchandise and tickets online, in a move which is hoped to give the club a more global approach for their 2010/11 campaign.
Speaking of the new site, retail operations manager Lewis Carroll commented: “Now the box office is launched officially, it feels like the pieces of the jig saw have fallen into place. This online system will not only integrate match tickets with an online store via an online box office but will revolutionise our whole retail and match day operation, making the experience for our supporters just that bit easier. We can now communicate with all our supporters quickly via email and text, informing them of ticket news, offers and special events.”
Accrington Stanley join just a handful of clubs outside the Premiership that are partnered with See360, a subsidiary of the See Ticketing network, specialising in sporting events and ticketing.
See360 also provide ticketing systems for Derby County, Preston North End and Blackburn Rovers.
