imoSports sponsor Midland Football Combination

League management software suppliers imoSports will sponsor the Midland Football Combination  for the 2010/11 season.

Speaking of the sponsorship Combination Chairman Pete Scanlon said: “Its great news for the league and for our clubs. I know from my own experience just how much time it takes clubs to get the administration done so being able to use the imoSports system does away with most of their paperwork and that’s great.

“Just being able to sign players, transfer players, submit team-sheets and file match reports online saves a huge amount of time and money. When you add in the amount of help the software gives clubs in avoiding making admin errors and picking up fines then it really is a great support to our clubs in times like this when money is tight.”

League secretary Nigel Wood added: “We’ve been working closely with the development team at imoSports for sometime in respect of their League Management Software. We have been more than happy over that period and are delighted they in turn have approached us to become our major sponsor.

“As a management committee we always strive hard to make sure administration of the league is conducted to the highest of standards in a way that offers good value for money for our member clubs. The software imoSports developed has been of huge benefit in achieving those aims and with this sponsorship deal we can look forward to even more benefits in the future.”

Lee Evans, product manager for imoSports, commented: “I’m proud that from now on the league will be known as The imoSports Midland Football Combination. The members of our team, myself included, have been involved in non-league football for some time and in particular with the Combination. It was natural we should look to the Combination as we began to develop our software but we could not have expected just how whole-heartedly the league have embraced its use.”
