Jobsite.co.uk has been introduced as thenew primary club sponsor for Portsmouth.
As revealed on the club website, the three-year deal will bring the Jobsite logo to all first-team shirts, training gear, and replica kits.
While the financial details have yet to be released, Portsmouth has confirmed the value of the agreement to exceed that of their previous contract with OKI.
As a result of the deal, the Premier League club will receive more than GBP 4 million throughout the duration of the contract and rename Fratton End to Jobsite Stand.
According to Jobsite Chief Executive Officer Keith Potts, Portsmouth nicely complements the company’s brand values. He went on to refer to the club as ‘down-to-earth, straight-talking” and “hard-working”, with some of the best supporters.
In addition, Potts pointed out that Portsmouth acts as their local club and showed excitement about teaming up with a Premier League team in time for the new season.
Portsmouth Chief Executive Officer Peter Storrie expressed delight on behalf of the club as well, welcoming Jobsite to their partnering role.
Paul Bell, commercial director at the club, confirmed that their biggest sponsorship deal to date will be of benefit to both parties.
Jobsite recently inked a deal with Johnston Press in a partnership that will bring local job advertisements to The News, a division of the publishing group.
